  • Light Meal: Have a light meal an hour before the session to keep your energy levels up without feeling too full.
  • Shower: Take a warm shower to cleanse your skin and open up your pores.

During the Sauna Session

  • Temperature Settings: Start with a moderate temperature and gradually increase it as your body acclimates. A typical range is between 150°F (65°C) and 195°F (90°C).
  • Timing: Spend about 10-15 minutes in the sauna for your first session. Listen to your body and exit if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable.
  • Breathing Exercises: Practice deep breathing to help relax and enhance the detoxification process.

Between Sauna Sessions

  • Music and Silence: Create a soothing atmosphere with soft music.

To enhance your experience, we offer a shower facility, robes, wraps, and sauna bench towels for hygiene. Complimentary water and tea are also provided. Additionally, we can arrange a delicious charcuterie board as a healthy, light snack to enjoy after your sauna session.
